- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic
- 2 Vegetable Stock
- 1 Heavy Cream
- 2 Olive Oil
- 1 Basil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat

Sauté diced onion until soft, about 5 minutes
