- 3 Garlic
- 1 Carrot

- 1 Red Wine Vinegar

- 1 Basil
- 1 Parmesan

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat

Brown ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks

Add diced onion, carrot, and celery, cook until soft

Add minced garlic, cook 1 minute

Pour in red wine and let it reduce by half

Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stir well
